TownePlace Suites by Marriott Detroit Warren

First off Mark was an exceptional host with a great personality and high level of professionalism. No matter what I needed help with, he was willing to assist with so much ease. I was scheduled to stay for 45 days so I felt great with his assistance. The woman who was over setting up the breakfast did not have a great attitude and actually make a face when I asked if there was a microwave to heat up my eggs. Before she even took my plate, she told she that my food was warm enough. I found her to be rude and condescending. All this was not what made me check out early. After staying one night I had to cut my stay because the toilets were just too low to the floor. I have tri compartmental osteoarthritis and a torn meniscus and I had to almost do the splits in order to use the toilet. I wanted to share this information for the next person that may have knee issues. The toilets seats are very comfortable for small children and little people but for very tall people like myself, it was very uncomfortable. I did ask before leaving if there were other rooms with higher toilets seats but unfortunately there weren't. Please do your research first.

I travel a lot for work, and one thing that really stands out to me is great customer service. During my stay, Ebony at the front desk was a perfect example of that. She was not only a pleasure to speak with, but she also made me feel genuinely welcomed and helped with all of my accommodation needs. At many hotels, the front desk interaction can feel rushed or even a little unpleasant, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Ebony’s friendliness and professionalism made a big difference in my experience. Because of that level of service, I’m 100% certain I’ll be returning to this hotel the next time I’m in Detroit.

Great time there. Was needed a lil help but, the biscuits & gravy was good. Nice pool area & friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel just went through a full scale remodel and the hotel look beautiful! very clean and welcoming and freindly staff.. also the bfast was pretty tasty for a hotel!

They have a new manager there who’s amazing to make sure that the place run well as well as the desk clerks lmtihaz, Who went above the call of duty when I could’ve left anything he helped me do everything I appreciate his kindness. He’s a wonderful young man. We have Mark. Who’s amazing very smart and intelligent. Very inspiration to all we have Kristy. Who’s our housekeeper? Who’s very amazing as well, along with the other housekeeper who worked very hard. I asked to say I love this place like home. They treat you with dignity pride and respect I will always stay at this hotel because of the customer service skills and I give great honor an amazing honors to the new manager, whose help run this hotel is like a family there. The swing shift young man and young lady are amazing as well. That works the desk. I just love them. I thank you guys for all that you do. Love, Miss Jackson.

An amazing stay from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and well-maintained. Every detail, from the decor to the service, exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect getaway! 10/0

My fiancé and I stayed at TownePlace Suites in Warren while visiting family, and Meghan at the front desk was truly amazing! She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the start. Always friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. You can tell she really cares. TownePlace is lucky to have her!

The remodeling job was cheap labor, some things were loose. But I enjoyed the rooms layout, and little kitchen. Service was great, they accommodated me, opening the pool, giving me butter, and cutlery when I asked. The location is convenient and the building positioned so you don't hear noise from the roads.
